Every product has a full ingredients list to ensure that anyone that uses our products are safe. It takes about 1-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once your order is shipped we have no control over what happens to your product. All orders are final, we can send you new product or issue a refund if it's lost because of the postal office. But you have to contact them before we can issue a refund or send new product.
